I created a one page layout & my layout design comes from the Make It From Your Heart, vol 2, pattern #7. 

I can’t believe it…but I actually only stamped ONE ITEM on this entire layout!!  That is VERY unusual for me…but I was really happy with the results of my page, even minus my stamping!!!

As part of this page, I used 3 leftover Picture My Life (PML) scrapbooking cards, and then created another “card” from our new Paper Fundamentals cardstock. (light tan card)

I love the Paper Fundamentals with their “glossy design on 1 side  & regular pattern on the other”.  This makes this paper a very USEABLE item in anything that you are creating!!

I chose to include the use of 2 of CTMH’s EXCLUSIVE Cricut collections -the Artbooking & Artiste cartridges, in this layout.  The honeycomb shape (on the left side of the page) comes from the Artbooking collection, while the  “perfect” bird clip comes from the Artiste! 

I love how the Skylark Complements add pizazz & flair to ANY item you are creating!  I inked the edges of the colored chipboard and then just adhered it to my layout!

1. How much does the NEW Consultant kit cost??
   The New Consultant Kit is $99 (plus tax and shipping) and is valued at approximately $309. (You have the opportunity to earn the $99 back with our "Straight to the Top" program.) PLUS during the month of April, you also get a Cricut Collection of your choice for FREE! That is a $99 value which brings the total retail value of the kit contents this month onto up to $409!
2. What comes in the New Consultant Kit?
   You get a ton of great products and business items in the kit. You can see exactly what is in the kit by clicking HERE.
3. Is there an opportunity for new Consultants to earn free products?
   Absolutely! With the “Straight to the Top” program and a little extra incentive from me, you can earn your $99 investment back plus a free Workshop on the Go Kit of your choice from me! If you have $1,200 in orders in your first 90 days, you will get $99 cash back and a free WOTG Kit as a special gift from me. Plus, you will have earned a minimum of $260 in commission and a minimum of $75 in Select Product Credit which can be used to get more CTMH goodies.
4. What’s the catch?
   There is none!!  Other than getting a ton of wonderful products at a great deal and most likely loving CTMH’s quality product, there is no catch. You have the opportunity to build a business if you choose, but you don’t have to.
5. What if I don’t want to build a business and I just want to get the discount for myself on future orders? 
   That’s great! A majority of Consultants are Hobbyists or Personal Use Consultants and do not do parties or hold classes or workshops. You are welcome to simply enjoy the discount on your own orders.
6. What is the discount?
   Active Consultants enjoy a discount of 22%-35% depending on their sales for the month in addition to earning up to $75 in FREE product credit each month. Senior Directors and above also earn an additional 5% - 15% of personal override commission ON TOP of the regular commission and free product credit! Your earning potential is unlimited!
7. What are the sales requirements?
   The sales requirement is $300 retail (before your discount) per calendar quarter to stay an active Consultant.
8. What if I don’t place $300 in a quarter or place any orders at all?
   Once you sign up, you have a full quarter to make your sales minimum which means that if you sign up today J, you have until the end of September 2014 to enjoy the full discount if you choose. Then if you do not have a total of $300 in orders from July - September, you simply drop and are no longer a Consultant.
9. How long will I be a Consultant if I order the kit and then do nothing?
   If you sign up today, you will be active until September 30, 2014. Then on October 1st  you will no longer be considered a Consultant. But the new 2014 Autumn/Winter  catalog comes out in August (July preview for Consultants) and you just may be surprised at all of the great new products and will probably be VERY excited that you are a Consultant and are able to order the new products at a discount. So chances are you will not drop! J
10. Do I need to give the Kit back if I drop?
    No…everything is yours to keep, no strings attached.
11. Are you required to maintain an inventory?
    No.  There are so many different products that CTMH actually suggests that you do not maintain an inventory. You can place an order for 1 item or 1000 items, so there is really no need to keep an inventory.
12. Does the company offer Hostess gifts? If so, who pays for them?
    Yes! CTMH pays for the hostess rewards. And as a Consultant, you are welcome to be your own Hostess and earn more free goodies! Wahoo!!
13. Does CTMH offer any training or events?
    This is a HUGE YES! There are so many different training options available including lots of great videos. There is an entire listening library of recorded conference calls, bulletin boards for artwork, business, templates, Studio J, Swaps, Mentoring, and more. They have pre-designed projects and workshops for us to use. There are annual events such as Local “Rediscover” Events, annual Crop Weekends, and Convention. There is even an 800# that you can call if you have questions. And a ton more! You will never be without help. PLUS, I am here to help you too!! I’m just a phone call, text, email away to help you in whatever way I can!
14. How much is it to have a website?
    All Consultants now have FREE websites, so your friends and customers can place orders online, 24 hours a day!
15. Can Consultants send out newsletters?
    YES…CTMH makes it so easy!!  They provide all Consultants with free, professionally designed monthly newsletters, making it easier than ever to communicate with your customers.
16. Can you tell me a little more about you and your team?
    Absolutely. I have been with CTMH for 7 1/2 years & have come a long way from the hobbyist I signed up to be!  I’m so excited & feel so blessed for all that CTMH has become in my life.  My team is scattered around the country, but we communicate through email, phone/text, facebook, conference calls, etc.  I try and have many different avenues to keep in touch so that EVERYONE can feel & be apart of our Create 4 Him team!
17. How do you sign up?
    You can sign up at my website here. It will take you less than 5 minutes and your New Consultant Kit will be sent out to you right away.
18. How long will it take to receive my kit?
    They have been shipping them out very quickly. They typically ship in 1-2 days of receiving your online application. You will receive a Fed Ex tracking number so that you can track your package and know exactly when it will arrive.
19. Can I contact you if I have questions after I sign up?
    Of course. I am available to my team through phone, email, facebook, texting…whatever works best for you!!  I am more than happy to help you get started building a business, or just encourage you if you would simply like to be a Personal Use Consultant.

When I thought about creating with this stamp set - I was a bit challenged.  This stamp set is PERFECT for scrapbooking, but I decided I will make a card and chose to be inspired from CTMH’s Wishes How-to-book. 

It had been a while since I used this how-to book and I was excited to see so many familiar images as I looked through the patterns.

I chose to use the “Collage” pattern on pg. 97 of the Wishes book.

Here is the card… 

I chose to create a background with the fun words in this set. By pairing together the ink colors of cotton candy, blush, whisper & juniper, it allowed me to bring a bit of color into this card design. J

 

Can you guess what paper packs I used in my creating??

I put together our Lollydoodle & some of the Timberline papers to create my own color scheme.   

I enjoy challenging myself to use a variety of paper packs in my creations!!

I LOVE the new embossing folders that CTMH has…and I needed a subtle background.  I really liked how the embossed dots turned out on this card design & I hope you enjoy it too!!
