Take a peek at this FUN, exclusive Stamp set only available in October!!!J

AND....drum roll please...notice the RED outline around the shapes.

This means it is CRICUT compatible....and these shapes COORDINATE with Close To My Heart's Cricut collection - Artiste.

I seem to gravitate to stamp sets that have Cricut coordinating shapes....it makes creating so QUICK & EASY!

So, onto the card I created today...take a peek at this Christmas card!!

I ADORE the NEW designs in our Paper Fundamentals collection....if you haven't experimented with this product line from Close To My Heart - you'll want to put it on your wish list right away!! J

I used the CRANBERRY color from the Adventure set, and the GLACIER fundamental paper from the Whimsy collection.

I also used the White Pines paper collection. This collection is perfect for the upcoming winter season, and you'll want to make sure to make sure you get these items PRIOR to Dec 31st when they will be retiring!!

While I DID use the Artiste cartridge (that coordinates with this stamp set) I ALSO used the NEW Artistry Cricut Cartridge too!!

The Artiste cut the frame image BEAUTIFULLY, so all I had to do was ink up the frame stamp in Cranberry ink and stamp! I used chocolate ink for the "Merry Everything" wording.

But I couldn't get the NEW holly branch image out of my mind that I saw on page 48 of this new book....I just HAD to give it a try!

By using our NEW Fern colored cardstock, and backing this image with glacier cardstock, it made a beautiful holly branch as an embellishment on my card. J

I LOVE that I can make any color sparkle I need!! Just take your ShinHan alcohol marker, and color sparkles, sequins, ribbon, shimmer trim, plastic, etc...to have the perfect colored embellishment to match!JIn this case, I used the Carmine colored alcohol marker to make the CLEAR sparkles red!!

One more thing I'd like to share today.....

The CTMH art department always creates projects using these EXCLUSIVE stamp sets each month, so we (as consultants) have samples to share.

When I saw the layout for the October stamp set, I was SUPER excited!!!

This photo is someone I love dearly...our dear 12 year old daughter, Makaah, is the one pictured on this layout!!! FUN!!!!!

Thanks for sharing with me in our excitement - Makaah will add this Holiday Expression mini-book to her collection - this is the 2nd time she's been "published" at CTMH.
