This month we have  Close To My Heart Consultants sharing items they created using these FABULOUS new products.   This hop is simple to do - just click on the link at the end of the post on each blog to move to the next one! Wahoo!!

Who remembers the Seaside paper suite that came out in Summer of 2015???

Close To My Heart has brought this pack BACK...but with a little revamping of the colors to coordinate with our current colors.  AND.....there may even be a "Sneak Peek" of a new color to come on Sept 1st!! (new color....French Vanilla) 

I ADORE when CTMH have these monthly specials, because it USUALLY means they have a workshop kit created for us too!!  


Let's take a look at the workshop projects that CTMH designed to use with this collection....

The workshop kit has products to create...
(2) 1 page layouts......(1) 2 page layout....(3) 3x3 cards & (3) 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 cards!
Aren't they BEAUTIFUL???

I LOVE this paper...and wanted to create a 2nd layout to Project 2 (top right corner) that CTMH made...so....I used my "leftover" scraps & made a few cutting changes in my kit to create that page for another 2 page layout design!!

Here is CTMH's single page layout.....

and here is how I took that 1 page...and made a 2nd page to turn it into a 2 page layout! 

This "sea scene" paper is so beautiful! I wanted to carry that paper over to the 2nd page.  It's very simple...but I was excited to get it to be 2 pages!
  
For this extra page....I added one extra sheet of French Vanilla 12x12 paper for the base & a 4 1/4 x 6 1/4 Smoothie photo mat on the right page too. All the other pieces were cut from papers that were included in the kit. 

The White & Bronze twine that comes included in the workshop kit is perfect for this collection. I adore the subtle "touch" the banners give this layout.

Take a closer look...and you can see the clouds that I stamped with Glacier ink too! 

Another NEW ADDITION that is added to this NEW 6 paper pack is.....a 12x12 Sticker Sheet!! Eeekkkk!!!  I'm so excited!! 

The anchor & stars, are STICKERS that come from that sheet! :) 

Let's take a look at the Seaside paper pack....and that 12x12 Sticker sheet!! 

Here is a close up look at the stamped sailboat.

The sailboat was stamped in Toffee ink...and again, you can see the clouds stamped here too.  This was a favorite stamp set of mine "back in the day" ....and I'm excited that this stamp set, Seaside Greetings, is back for a limited time too!! :)

Hurry before they are gone…SE1 mini-book at CTMH

I adore the products that are in the Seasonal Expression 1 (SE1) mini book from Close To My Heart….and while I’ll miss these products – I won’t stay sad for long BECAUSE the NEW SE2 mini-book is coming our way May 1st!!! Wahoo!!!

Take a look at the layout I created using the Charlotte paper pack…

While this paper pack is already gone – there are PLENTY more products to choose from in this wonderful book!!!  

For instance, the Woodland Romance stamp set….eekkk!!  I just ADORE this stamp, it’s Cricut compatible & it’s retiring in just 3 days!! 

Here are a few close up shots of the layout…

We created this layout at my retreat last month.  It was fun to do some heat embossing again, and share this technique with a few ladies that had never done it before!

I used glitter paper and my Cricut machine for the matting of the banner….

Do you recognize this flower stamp set???  

The flower stamp set is from the La Vie En Rose Workshop On The Go kit.  This kit will be retiring by July 31, 2016 OR while supplies last…so this would be a GREAT set to have too!! This stamp set is one I’ll use again & again…just LOVE this set! 

The border on the bottom of the left side of the page, was created with the La Vie En Rose stamp set as well.  Look closely and you’ll notice I stamped the top row of dots ON the black floral B&T, so that I would keep my line straight when stamping.

The “date” stamp, came from our collection of library stamps…what a quick easy way to add an extra touch.  

The red outlined shapes on the La Vie En Rose WOTG stamp set  DO match shapes from our Artistry Cricut collection…..I LOVE how easy my Cricut collections make it to create.  

…and take a look at the flowers! 

 Can you see that I sanded them BEFORE stamping the flower image on them?

Regatta & Beach Days….

Today I wanted to share with you a 2 page layout I created recently.  With summer headed our way, this is a GREAT way to preserve those beach day pictures. J

Here is the layout….

This stamp set  “BEACH DAYS” is a GREAT set to have for the summer time…and better yet – it’s CRICUT compatible!!!  These shapes work with Close To My Heart’s Artistry Cricut collection. But hurry…this stamp set retires at the end of April 2016!!

Can you see where I sanded on the light blue – Glacier- cardstock?  

Also – take note of the strip of anchors….now look at the paper pack below.  Check out WHERE the anchors came from. J

Today, I thought I’d share another layout using our EXCLUSIVE Taste Of Summer paper pack!  With 12 sheets of B&T (background & texture) paper, you have TONS of paper to create with!!!

This layout design originally came from my fellow Spa Girls, Gina Brandstetter & Briana Botstick.  Then I took a few different twists of my own to create my page just a bit different than their original...FUN!!! J

This bright, fun, 2 page layout can be used for many different occasions….

The ink colors I used on this layout were Hollyhock and Pear.

 

We used TWO stamp sets in this layout….

 

The EXCLUSIVE Taste of Summer stamp set – this only available until May 31, 2015…

AND the Documenting Moments stamp set (which is available until March 31, 2015)

I can see myself using this stamp set quite often in the near future.

 

Here are a few close ups….

I really like the “Sweet”stamped image….it goes so well with this FUN paper pack!!

I stamped the “sweet” onto scrap paper, cut it out & then drew along the outside edges with my black journaling pen.

 

 

 

 

Take a look below….the journaling lines are actually a STAMP IMAGE!!  J

 

The strawberries were stamped onto scrap paper and then cut out to “pop” up on this page.
