Today I chose to share I card I created with the EXCLUSIVE Hostess Stamp set

“Sing Glory”…

A Christmas Stamp set you say???  YES J–a Christmas Stamp set!!!

I know there are many of you that are already thinking about Christmas of 2015…and even if you aren't thinking about it..... I don’t want YOU to miss out on this BEAUTIFUL stamp set!!!

Ok…so let’s take a peek at the card I created using this beautiful Stamp set.

I was inspired by a card I recently received from a swap I was in…the card pattern was called a “wiper card”.  Take a peek at the interactive part of this card!

Yes – a “wiper” pops out of the top of the card, to give this card a little “pop”! I cut the square bracket from our Art Philosophy cartridge (cut at 1 1/2” & 1 3/4”) 

 

This wiper card was quite easy to create…I found the instructions at splitcoaststampers.com. 

I haven’t created much with our twill ribbon yet, and was excited when I thought to pair it with the white shimmer trim!! 

If you know our shimmer trim, you’ll know that it’s 3/8” wide…so I cut it in half prior to applying to the middle of the twill ribbon.

I’m excited to share with you a recent Christmas Card I created!!

1. The stamp set

I used an EXCLUSIVE stamp set only available for those who “host a party” with CTMH.

2. Did you use Christmas Paper for this card? 

No!!  This is the FUN PART!!!J

You can turn ANY paper pack into “your” paper pack!! 

This is CTMH’s Confetti Wishes paper pack…and I incorporated our NEW purple glitter paper to change the look & be able to use it for my Christmas Card! 

3. Dry Embossing - Did you notice the bottom of this card? 

I ran the Pacifica colored cardstock through the Cuttlebug using our dot 5x7 embossing folder.

When it was finished…I swiped the raised dots over my Whisper ink pad.

4. Sparkles - Yes - I love to add a bit of bling!  J

The bitty sparkles add a special touch to the angel….but take a look at the purple sparkles that I used for my holly berries.

CTMH does not carry purple sparkles, so…I took our ShinHan Alcohol markers & COLORED the clear sparkles & made them purple!!

The opportunities are endless - color sequins, enamel stars, sparkles…alcohol markers do not come off & are a permanent color!!
