Today I will share with you the FINAL set of 5 cards we created at our Christmas Card Making Day this past September.
Take a look at this picture of all 5 cards, then we’ll take a look at each individual card as well! J
This card was created by me J, and I used the September Stamp of the Month, Poster Tidings. I also used some washi tape & the NEW scallop border punch!!
I LOVE how this card turned out and how EASY it was to change the look of this stamped image!
I stamped the stamp in 3 different ink colors- slate, juniper & ruby- and then cut out strips of the inked image and layered it on top of the card!
I also created the fabric flower at the bottom of the card by accordion folding a piece of material, and tying a twist tie in the middle when finished.
Did you notice the “curly cues” coming out of the flower? These are our new Slate Twist Ties curled up by using our Quilling Tool!
This card was created & designed by Devyn Zimmerman.
She used the wintry paper pack Frosted and the Polar Bear Holiday stamp set.
I love how she pulled in the Jute Ribbon & the single snowflake cut from the Artbooking cartridge.
This non-traditional Christmas card uses Lagoon cardstock & the Sarita paper pack.
I’m amazed, once again, how you can use ANY paper pack to create a Christmas card…just by taken a moment to think a bit differently than “normal”!
I received this card in a swap I was a part of, and decided to use it as one of our cards at card day! I love the touch of Bronze Shimmer trim & the single brown/tan sparkle.
Sheri Reiff designed this next Christmas card…and believe it or not - she used our “Baby” paper pack called Babycakes!!
Take a look at this paper pack and the designs in this kit.
Creating a card like this is a GREAT way to show us that you can use almost ANY paper pack to create a Christmas Card!!
She used the stamp set from the Frosted Scrapbooking WOTG kit. By popping a few of her squares, it gives a wonderful dimension to her card!
This ADORABLE penguin card was created using our ProPlayer paper pack & the “hostess exclusive” stamp set called Wintry Wishes.
Stephanie Huber is the creator of this card! I love the touch of color that she used by adding the ruby chevron ribbon. Also, how she used the lighter blue color to highlight these cute little penguins!
Now, off to create a few MORE Christmas cards! LOL!! This season is just too short…there are so many more things to create!! LOL!!
Blessings to you for a wonderful week!!
Krista J
