Today I want to share some CHRISTMAS CARDS with you! If you are anything like me J, you still have some Christmas cards to create and are looking for some new ideas!
Take a look at this collection of 5 cards to inspire YOU in your creating!
These cards were 5 of the 11 cards we created at our annual Christmas Card Making Day this past September.

At this annual event, we create 8-10 Christmas Cards throughout the day!!! The picture above shows the set of cards we created during the morning.
As consultants, we use CTMH’s FABULOUS how-to books, and create cards using ALL 6 new paper packs that came out in August- EVEN if they are NOT a Christmas designed paper packet!! Then, we TEACH our card to our friends & customers that attend this event!
Let’s take a CLOSER look at these card designs!!
This first card was designed by Kate Fisher. She used the Oct Stamp of the Month- Scandinavian Wishes.
I LOVE the detail Kate added to this card, from the stamped background at the top of the card, to the red heart she cut out from our adhesive backed red shimmer trim.
Here is a 6x6 card created ONLY with the ARTBOOKING Cricut cartridge!!!
I LOVE the design that Devyn Zimmerman came up with to create a SIMPLE but BEAUTIFUL card! By adding some silver shimmer trim & stardust glitz glitter gel, she added just the right amount of sparkle!
This candle card uses the new stamp set called “Yuletide Greetings”!
I designed this card, but the card was taught by Sheri Reiff. We used metallic markers, Laughing Lola paper, Green Glitter paper, Universal backgrounds stamp set & NEW stamp set called “Stitch Wonder”.
Here is a beautiful snow/winter card that I created, but I was inspired by a fellow consultants card.
Stephanie Huber taught this card to our group of ladies this day. There is NO paper pack used in this card, only the colors Twilight & White Daisy were used.
The stamp set was “Christmas Village” & the snowflakes came from the Frosted Card Making Kit stamp set. We “glitzed it up” with some liquid applique & stardust glitz gel.
The last card for today, is called a Step or Stair card.
I was inspired by fellow consultant, Brenda Rose, as I created this card. I wanted to include something a bit “different” for our ladies this year, and everyone really appreciated this different style card! J
Stamp sets that I used to create this card were: Classy Doily, A Holiday, and Frosted Card Making kit stamp set.
I hope this has INSPIRED you as you create those last minute cards you for Christmas! Feel free to join me here again later on this week for the 3rd and final post about our Christmas Card Making Day!
Now it’s time to Hop on over to my good friend & fellow teammate Stephanie Huber’s blog to check out her crafty Christmas item! J
Happy Hopping and we’ll see you on the 9th next month (January 2014), when the Joyful Stars team members will be sharing artwork of some NEW goodies!!
Blessings to you for a very MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
Krista Hershberger J
