I LOVE the new Sparkle & Shine paper pack, and KNEW I was going to use this paper for this Blog Hop! J 

Here is the 2 page Christmas layout I created …

I used the Make It From Your Heart, volume 2 how-to booklet, pattern #6 as a guide to put this layout together with ease.  This handy-dandy little how-to booklet is the PERFECT solution to quick, beautiful layouts and cards…and it’s only $7.95!!  Love this bargain!!

The coordinating Sparkle & Shine My Complements are the PERFECT match with these papers! 

You receive (2) 6x12 sheets of colored chipboard images, ready to punch out and use on your creations…the BEST part- they are ONLY $4.95!!!
 





Here you can see how I used these complements on the title side of my layout.


I also used some MORE new items that are debuting in the Holiday Gift Guide…J



Washi Tape…we have 6 NEW rolls…WoooHoooo! 


I used the Juniper 1” wide washi tape on the bottom of my layout, and then layered the pennant Complement over top of it.

I also used the red chevron washi tape…I LOVE how you can use Washi tape to create banners!!! Take a look at the close up picture…

***Important notice~ each roll of washi tape, comes in a roll of 15 yards…the Holiday Gift guide has a misprint saying the roll is only 5 yds! J

Take a look at these GORGEOUS trees!


I LOVE the colors in Sparkle & Shine kit…Ruby, Slate & Juniper!!  Did you notice the sparkles I placed around the outside of the trees?


I used another FUN & FABULOUS new product called Sparkle Shapes! They are made to coordinate with our new Trim the Tree stamp set, but I chose to use them on my trees instead.  I just trimmed them up a bit to make a perfect fit for my larger trees!!

I had completed the layout, and liked it…but didn’t REALLY like it - do you know what I mean? J 
I knew it needed something else, maybe along the outside edge of the page…why not try my hand at stitching!! 



I pulled out our Ruby Mini-Medley collection and started to separate the strands.  You can’t see it very well, but there is a silver strand in these threads…it looks so much better in person!

Pear & Partridge Scrapbook Workshop!

Our monthly hostess club is the perfect chance to work on scrapbook pages, each and every month!

On December 10th, we will be creating with the BEAUTIFUL Pear & Partridge WOTG kit. Unfortunately, not all of my club members can join us that evening, so there are a few spaces open in my crafting room.

If you have been curious about what takes place at these classes, please come JOIN US for this evening of creative FUN!!!

Maybe you are not in the local area, but are still interested in completing this kit…YOU CAN STILL BE A PART of creating these pages too!!!  I will email you “my extra instructions” giving you tips and instructions on creating the (3) 2 page spreads shown below!

If you would like to do this kit on your own, take note of the other supplies, cardstocks and ink colors I used to create these sets of pages. 

After you have completed these 3 sets of pages, you will have LOTS of extra papers PLUS the stamp set, and leftover embellishments to take home and use on other projects of your choice!!
