If you have arrived from my friend Betty Loco’s blog you are right on track. 

My cards today uses our “Christmas” paper pack – Yuletide.

  Yup – it’s from our Christmas collection, but isn’t this a GREAT way to show how we can think outside the box, and try to not label this as Christmas?!?!  J

The neutral colors of this paper are perfect for some Sympathy cards I needed to create. 

Ok…here are the cards I created…

I used two stamp sets….Be Still (retired) and our stamp set  called A Budding Friendship....a WONDERFUL flower stamp set!! What I like MOST about this stamp set – is that there is an already “colored in flower” that we can just STAMP into the flower!!

Take a look at the Stamp set….see the outline of the flower AND the “color” for inside the flowers too!!  I LOVE how quick & easy this makes it to create a project!!!

Take a look at the 2 cards, side by side, once again….did you notice that I used 2 different papers?  Which one do you like better? J

I love the subtle effect of the Honeycomb Embossing Folder at the bottom of the card….

…and then for the finishing touches – I added the Gold sequins & Gold shimmer trim!

This month I wanted to share a set of cards I created using the Pathfinding Workshop on the Go Cardmaking kit. 

Our Cardmaking Workshop kits from Close To My Heart are BEAUTIFUL as well as loaded with techniques, tips & a way to create in a very short time!!

I host cardmaking workshops, and we always create the 1st set of cards like CTMH has designed them.

However, my gals really enjoy when I “re-create” the cards and use another current stamp set that we carry. 

Each card kit creates 15 cards - that’s 5 cards of each of the 3 designs. 

Here are the original card designs by CTMH… 

Now, here are the “re-created” cards by me J” 

I used the NEW A Budding Friendship stamp set…

and on the re-created cards…I used the exact paper pieces on each card. 

Here they are all together so that you can see the differences…

To create the set of 3 floral cards, you will need to stamp these images below. 

Please keep in mind - the floral stamped images shown below,  will create one of EACH flower card design. 

If you want to create all 15 cards using the Budding Friendship stamp set, you would need to stamp all of these images 5 more times.
