For the card I created with Thin Cuts today, I used TWO Thin Cut Sets that are on SALE this month at Close To My Heart! 
The "Sweet Baby" Thin Cut bundle set AND the Scallop Border Thin Cut.

The special thing about the Sweet Baby Bundle set - is that not only do you have a Thin Cut to cut out the cute elephant & balloons BUT...you also have this ADORABLE, coordinating stamp set to go along with the cut out shapes!

The paper used to create this card was the Whimsy Fundamentals collection.  I also used some gold foil paper too!

You may have also noticed the "splashes" of ink blots in the background of my card.  This is my favorite background stamp set at the moment - and is called "Splash of Color".  

In this photo, you can see the Scallop Border Thin Cut  - it's cut from our Whimsy Fundamentals paper.  

Also - the baby elephant was colored using our ShinHan alcohol markers.  I don't consider myself a good color-er - but am always pleasantly surprised at how well it turns out when I use ShinHan alcohol markers! :) 

In this picture you can see a few more close up images...let's check out the details. :) 

1. "baby" - this was embossed with gold embossing powder & looks so much better in person!! :) 

2. On the left side of this card, I used our Gold Foil paper....but rather than using it plain, I used my CTMH scoreboard to create some diagonal lines in it. 

3. The rainbow colored shimmer trim at the bottom of the card.  Yes - that WAS White Shimmer Trim ;)...but once I got out my watercolor paints & added some color - it now is rainbow colored!!

What a wonderful Alphabet stamp set!  

When I saw this alphabet, I knew right away what card I was going to create.   
Let's take a look.... 

This fun, card sketch, came from our How-To-Book - Make It From Your Heart, volume 1, pattern #19.  I just ADORE our how-to books! :) 

I choose to use CTMH's Fundamentals Paper Collection. 
This entire collection will be retiring at the end of this month on July 31, 2017 on a While Supplies Last basis!

Here are the pictures of the Fundamental collections that are still available. 

For this card, I chose to use our soft, watercolor pencils & after letting it dry for a few minutes, I covered the letters with our Liquid Glass.  

The gold, glitter butterflies came from the Whimsy complements collection, and I finished off the top of the card with some of our beautiful Whimsy ribbon! ;)

Here is the card I created for today…

The NEW Fundamentals papers are beautiful & can be used for so many things!  The Fundamentals come in our Enchantment, Adventure, Whimsy & Basic color palette!!   

Here’s a close up look at the WHIMSY collection that I used on this card. I also used Slate & Canary cardstock. 

This card was basically a Cricut card...using the NEW Flower Market Cricut Cartridge!!  Have you checked out this NEW cartridge yet?  

I used the sailboat on page 8 of this booklet, and the star border is found on pg. 37.

Let’s take a closer look at the card…

Do you see the shimmer??  

I used the NEW SEA GLASS glitter paper!  I am so AMAZED at how well our 12x12 glitter paper cuts with the Cricut machine!  AND...the glitter paper barely "flakes" off glitter either!  I've been very impressed with this product!

The flag was cut with the glitter paper...and then can you see the star? 

Look closely to see that I added some extra "shine" to the star with our NEW "Shimmer Brush"....a GREAT way to add slight sparkle to any of your projects!

The woodgrain frame is what caught my eye in this stamp set.  I thought ....why not use that "you're special" wording to create a baby card! J

Baby Card using 2 CTMH Cricut Cartridges! 

I chose to use a card base from our Artfully Sent Cricut collection.  I liked the wording at the bottom of the card, but knew I didn't need the scroll.  

So - I tried my hand at Design Space and took away the scrolls for this card design. Now...the scrolls were gone & I created my card design using our Wishes card how-to-book pattern called "Gallery".   

I used our Chalk It Up paper Collection for the background, and cut the ADORABLE giraffe from our Artbooking Cricut cartridge. He is cut from flaxen & sorbet cardstock colors.  

Did you notice the lagoon colored strip of paper?  I used our BEAUTIFUL paper fundamentals...this picture shows the glossy design that is pre-printed on this cardstock.
