This month we have  18 Close To My Heart Consultants sharing items they created using these FABULOUS new products.   This hop is simple to do - just click on the link at the end of the post on each blog to move to the next one! Wahoo!!

Maybe you can relate....when a new book comes out, you start paging through it - lovingly, viewing all of the NEW goodies!!  AND then....one of those 4 paper packs, seems to "catch your eye"...

Today I'll be sharing one of the NEWEST paper collections to catch my eye - the No Worries paper collection from Close To My Heart. 

Here is the card I created, and then we'll talk about some of the FABULOUS details of this NEW paper collection!  :)  

I used a NEW stamp set from the SE 2 mini-book....actually, I chose to purchase the BUNDLE of this stamp.  That means the stamp set AND the coordinating "Thin Cuts" (metal dies) are all together in ONE fabulous package called No Worries - Scrapbooking....take a look. 

  The price for the stamp is is ONLY $17.95 .....AND....the price for the BUNDLE (stamp set & metal dies) is ONLY $30.95!!  A GREAT deal!! 

I wanted the cruise ship to look "real" and like it was actually in the water...so out came my xacto knife to cut those waves, so I could "tuck in" the ship behind the waves :). 

The photo didn't quite capture it - but I did use the CLEAR shimmer brush on the smoke of the ship too! (click on photo to enlarge) 

I also wanted the "Relax" to pop, and chose to clear emboss the Sapphire ink to give it a shine....and I was in a "fussy cutting" mood...so out came my xacto knife again to cut out those beautiful words - Relax. :) 

The coordinating sapphire baker's twine from the Enchantment Fundamentals ribbon pack, , gold sequins & gray enamel dots, helped to finish off the card.

Tickled Pink flamingo 1 page layout

What a GREAT time we had this week, as I hosted an ALL DAY crop & showcased the NEW Seasonal Expression 2 mini-book, and all the fabulous items. 

Have you seen these gorgeous new products? If not, you’ll view a bunch of them in today’s post.  

Here’s a look at a few of the NEW goodies from CTMH….

THREE new paper packs (Florence, Magical & Calypso), dozens of stamp sets, 4 sets of NEW “Thin Cuts”,  2 NEW “Cut Above” card kits (with foil images!), 3 waterbrushes, many NEW embellishments….and the list goes on!  

It was a rainy day, so it was nice we could be inside & craft away!  

As part of my “thank you” for joining me this day, I had a FREE “Make n Take” that could be created anytime throughout the day.  What fun!! 

If you hadn’t noticed, I went with the flamingo/paradise theme ….so in keeping that theme we HAD to use some NEW Flamingo products from CTMH!!

Here is the layout we created…

Of course, everyone’s layout was a bit different - depending on what side of the paper they used, or if they chose to use another 4x3 PML card in place of the yellow striped one shown in this photo….THAT is the FUN in creating your own items!!

 

We used the Calypso paper pack, Scrapbook Queen stamp set, Tickled Pink stamp set, Tickeled Pink thin cuts, Calypso washi tape & sequins.
