There are SO MANY fun ways to use this Sunburst Thin Cut! 

Let's take a look at the card I created, and then we'll talk about the details of this card. 

I ADORE the color palette of our current "You Are Enough" collection at CTMH, and that is where the color combo inspiration came from for this card. 

I started by cutting the Sunburst Die in Blue Belle cardstock (CS), and then followed by cutting, Glacier CS, Peach CS & Dreamy Holographic paper.

  I was inspired by fellow CTMH Consultant, Laura Beacham, to use a rectangle stitched frame thin cut in the middle of this card.  This was the perfect place to stamp a sentiment & add some fun! 

Did you notice the "Shiny Item" I used on this card?  I used our lovely Holographic Papers :) :)
We have FIVE different shades of Holographics to choose from, & I used the Dreamy shade on this card.  ALSO---exclusively available in our "You Are Enough" collection---are the adhesive-backed Holographic Butterflies!  So pretty! 

And of COURSE, you can't forget our lovely Glitter paper too!! I used our Sapphire Glitter paper to cut out this pretty butterfly.  The stamped image behind the butterfly came from the You Are Enough stamp set.  I'm using that shape, more and more!! It seems to fit into almost any creation ---page or card! 

You may have noticed the Embossing design on the Peach Cardstock too.  This is the PERFECT way to add some texture in a way that doesn't draw away from the design of the card! I used our Cascading Dots 5x7 Embossing Folder.  Isn't is SO NEAT how that subtle design, adds the perfect extra touch?

Here is a look at this month's EXCLUSIVE stamp set!! 💗

What a FUN set of stamp sets!! I know I can and will use these for MANY of my outdoor Scrapbook layouts--but what about using this on a CARD design too? 🤔

Let's take a look at what I created!🥾🧭

I used THREE main ink colors throughout this card... Sage, Toffee and our Color of the Year - Blue Belle.  What GREAT outdoor colors for this card design! I even chose to use 2nd generation stamping for the curvy borderto pull a 4th color into the mix! 

By stamping your inked image on a SCRAP paper and then stamping again on your artwork....you get a lighter shade of the ink color you were using! This is what we call 2nd generation. 😉😍 

 

To keep the "outdoor" and "woodsy" feel of this card, I pulled in our Woodgrain 5x7 Embossing folder!! I placed my Toffee Cardstock inside & ta-dah....a rustic look!! 

The BEAUTIFUL new Leaf Layer Thin Cuts caught my eye👀 in this mini catalog...have you taken notice of them?! 💗

 I thought our Copper Ore Cardstock might be the perfect match...and it was!

 I hope you can see the "shine" this Cardstock has! It's a BEAUTY of cardstock & I'm so glad I chose to purchase it!  The catalog can not capture the BEAUTY of this Copper Ore!

I needed a "backdrop" for my leaves...our Hexagon Stitched Thin Cuts to the RESCUE! 

Did you know these Hexagons come in 5 different sizes?? (4 1/2", 3 1/2", 2 1/2", 1 1/2", and 1/2") I LOVE these options!

Let's take a close-up look at the "hello" on this card---can you see where I grabbed that word from?😉

Do you see it??🤔😉? I used PART of the "hello summer" stamp border!!🌞  I used a post-it note to block off the word summer....inked up the "hello" in black...and then took off the inky post-it note prior to stamping it on my handmade banner!!

The "highlight" behind the word hello is a STAMP image!! Check out this fabulous stamp set ---from our "Story by Stacy" collection!

Our "Stitched Lattice Background Thin Cut", doesn't have to be for a fancy card. 😉 I cut this Background Thin Cut out of Blue Belle CS, and was excited how WELL it fit this rustic card too!  Isn't the scallop edge the perfect fit? 

I used our Rose Gold Sequins & our Wood Arrows to make the final touches on my card.  I hope you enjoy it, as much as I enjoyed making it!

Oh---what a BEAUTIFUL, new Catalog!! 

I decided to create a card today, with possibly my FAVORITE Stamp & Thin Cut set in this book...let's take a look at my cards & then I'll explain WHY it's my favorite. 😉 

This card design comes from the Hillside Cottage Cardmaking Workshop kit. 

The card on the left is Card Design #3 in the workshop. 

The card on the right is my Krista's Crafty "changed up" version of this card design!😊

Let's take a closer look! 😍

I ADORE what CTMH has done in this new catalog with a few of the stamp sets. 

They have created stamp sets where you can stamp BEAUTIFUL layered floral clusters, and you will not have to cut out the entire grouping by hand!😮

CTMH has created a Thin Cut (metal die) to cut out the finished shape! 

All we need to do is look at the enclosed package insert for ideas on how we'd like to stamp our flowers! 💗

Here's a Close-up look at one of these flower clusters....

How BEAUTIFUL is this?!?! 

I used 3 ink colors ---Paprika, Flamingo & New England Ivy.  

To get the two tones of pinks...I just "stamped off" my flower on scrap paper before applying it a 2nd time as my flower on the cut piece.  This is called 2nd Generation stamping.

The "shading" behind the flowers, is the Tattered Rose Distress Oxide ink! Isn't it neat how it "highlights" the cluster of flowers?!

My FAVORITE thin cut in this set---is the STITCHED LINE! I ADORE this thin cut & love the ways it can be used!! 

Can you see WHERE I used this stitched die on this card?  😉

I am ALWAYS amazed at what such a "small" touch can do to the beauty of the project!! 

I also chose to add some Black Shimmer Trim to "my" changed up card as well.  I love the touch of glitter & shine it brings to this card!

Today, I wanted to create with one of my FAVORITE paper packs in this book & it's one that I know I'll be purchasing multiple paper packs of!
This card I created below uses the SERENITY paper collection!! 

 Let's chat about this card design! 

I used TWO stamp sets with this card ---

1. Elegant Snowflakes

2. November Stamp of the Month - You Warm My Heart

The colors of Blue Belle & Sapphire have been my go-to lately...and I'm loving these tones together! 😊

I ADORE our stamp/thin Cut collection.....and this ELEGANT Snowflakes was one of the first ones from this NEW book, that I "needed" to add to my collection. 

You can choose to get it with OR without the Thin Cuts (metal dies).  It's totally up to you!  

I cut the snowflakes on my card using our Thin Cut from our Blue Belle Cardstock (this is our "color of the year"!) and then stamped with Blue Belle ink. 

Do you see the BORDER of snowflakes from this stamp set, tucked behind the Stitched Hexagon Shape? 

Another FAVORITE stamp set in this mini book is ONLY available during Nov 2020!! 

This stamp set is our Stamp of the Month for November, called "You Warm My Heart".

I ADORE the words that are included in the Elegant Snowflakes stamp set...and wanted to use "warm winter wishes".   To add this to my card front, I chose to use White Embossing powder and heat set these words in the top right corner. 

Take a look at the bottom of this card design --and the FUN products I used here!!

---> I used TWO new Glitter paper colors --- Sapphire & Blue Belle

It's AMAZING how thin strips of glitter paper add the perfect sparkle & shine!

---> I also used the "Spring Blossoms" 5x7 Embossing folder and impressed that design onto the dark side of Sapphire CS. 

I LOVE the detail this brings to this card!! 

Here is a look at the pretty parts of the Serenity Collection---you'll want to make SURE to ask your consultant about this BEAUTY!

For the final touch of this card, I added the shiny, iridescent loose sequins in Blue Belle color.

I also used Platinum Stickles for some sparkle & shine on the whipped cream.  When doing this -- make SURE to use Intense Black ink when stamping your image! (don't ask me how I know--LOL!!)
